To qualify for a driving position with ABA FREIGHT as a Company Driver or Owner Operator, CDL drivers must meet the following criteria:

Must be at least 24 years old

• At least 2 years of verifiable over-the-road multi-state driving experience within the last 3 years and a stable work history
• No DUI within the last 10 years for CDL-A holders
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, with no major accidents within the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test (urine and hair)

Include a minimum of ten years of employment history (driving and non-driving).

Provide your home address history for the past 3 years.

List your history of traffic accidents, violations, and/or convictions from the last 3 years (including DUI or reckless driving convictions and license suspensions or revocations).

Complete all fields for each employer:

• Company Full name, Correct address, phone number including area code, email address, and fax number if applicable.
• List the position held and dates employed at the company (please be as accurate as possible), reason for leaving, and indicate if you were subject to FMCSR (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) while employed at each employer. Also, please indicate if your job was designated as a safety-sensitive function in any DOT-regulated mode subject to drug and alcohol testing requirements of 49 CFR part 40.
• Include information on any periods of unemployment or self-employment.
